Choosing the right pillow and positioning it correctly is vital for your quality of sleep.

Back Sleepers
Back sleepers need thinner pillows so your head isn’t tilted too far forward. This position is usually most comfortable with a medium amount of support such as supportive memory foam.
Stomach Sleepers
Stomach sleepers should choose a soft, thinner pillow, so their neck stays in a neutral position. Some experts recommend placing a pillow under your shoulder for proper spine alignment too.
Side Sleepers
Side sleepers need a thick, firm pillow to “keep their ears in line with their shoulders” to prevent their neck from extending in either direction when sleeping on their side. Try memory foam or down-filled pillows, which easily adapt and keep the required position.
