Spend and Save terms and Conditions

The Spend and Save promotion is available both in-store, in Cork and Limerick, and online commencing Thursday the 2nd of November until Sunday 3rd of December. The promotion applies to selected products only. Stock quantities vary from product to product. Offer is available only while stocks last. Orders must be paid in full at time of purchase and delivery must be scheduled for within 7 days from time of purchase. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Vouchers will be issued to email supplied by the customer after delivery takes place. The vouchers must be used on or before the 31st of January 2024. 

 Voucher(s) can only be accepted at time of transaction. If qualifying items are returned, thereby reducing the value of the original transaction to below the qualifying threshold the value of the corresponding voucher(s) will be deducted from the refund unless the voucher is returned at the same time. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a monetary value. 

 Caseys will not:
 (a) be held liable for lost or stolen Vouchers
 (b) keep money deposited on Customers Account 

 Caseys Voucher balances are not covered by any compensation scheme. Such sums may be lost in the unlikely event that Caseys becomes insolvent. 

 Subject to your legal rights as a consumer, Caseys reserves the right to:(a) amend these Terms at any time. Caseys may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Changes to these Terms will not affect any orders placed before those changes were uploaded to the Site.
