Preparing for Your Delivery
To make sure your new Caseys Furniture pieces arrive safely and seamlessly into your home, a little preparation goes a long way. Before delivery day, we kindly ask that you measure your space and check all access points to ensure your furniture can be brought inside without issue.
Your Pre-Delivery Checklist
Before our delivery team arrives, take a moment to walk through the journey your furniture will take from the truck to its final spot:
- Driveway & Street Access: Is there clear access for a large delivery vehicle?
- Entryways & Porches: Do exterior doors open fully? Are there narrow porch doors or offset entries to navigate?
- Hallways & Angles: Is there enough clearance and turning space to maneuver large or long pieces through hallways?
- Fixed Obstacles: Are there low light fittings, wall radiators, narrow door frames, or artwork along the pathway?
- Stairs & Lifts: If heading upstairs or into an apartment, will the piece fit around tight landings, banisters, or inside the lift?
Top Tip: Remember to measure the turning space around doorways, not just the width of the door frame itself.
Important Delivery Guidelines
While our experienced delivery team will make every effort to place your furniture in your room of choice, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all ordered pieces fit safely through access points into the intended space. Caseys Furniture cannot accept responsibility or liability for items that cannot be delivered due to access restrictions or spatial limitations on site.
Please let us know prior to delivery if you expect any access challenges. Sharing these details in advance allows us to offer tailored solutions and ensure delivery day runs smoothly.
